SHIPPING & FREIGHT
MadCowShop will arrange to ship the products to you. You are responsible for all air/ocean freight charges. All freight charges will be displayed at the Checkout page for your review.

RETURN POLICY
You must notify MadCowShop, by facsimile or email, of damaged or missing items from your order within 14 days after you receive your products. You may only return MadCowShop products which are either defective or damaged. This return policy does not cover misuse, neglect in handling, acts of God, minor imperfections within design specifications or that do not materially alter functionality.

To return defective or damaged products, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) from MadCowShop. You can request for a RA using the "Contact Us" page. The defective or damaged products must be returned within 7 days after you receive the RA. MadCowShop will replace the defective orders with a similar or comparable product or refund the cost of the products at its sole discretion. Shipping and handling, delivery and similar fees including related sales taxes are not refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs, any taxes and fees associated with transporting the product back to MadCowShop in Singapore. Returned products must be in the same condition as you received them.

This return policy is not a warranty. MadCowShop will not accept for return any products you purchased from a reseller/authorized distributor.
